Matured cheese and pressed pasta, intense flavor and very mantecós, typical of goat’s milk. It has smooth, oily and yellowish bark. The interior is compact, typical of pressed cheese, and its texture is not very elastic. We recommend keeping it in a cool, dry place, and cover it with a damp cloth to prevent it from drying out.
