The cold meat/sausage factory springs from the need to offer our clients a level of quality and unique characteristic of our products with the greatest reliability. Our aim is to achieve top quality products beyond quantity and we do so by producing small batches and by establishing quality controls that allow us to manage all stages of the manufacturing process. In this way we can guarantee a genuinely home-made cold meat/sausage.

Fussimanya Restaurant was founded in 1971 by Rossend Viladecàs and Dolors Pascual. The success of its kitchen and of the natural setting surrounding the restaurant has allowed Rossend’s wife and children to maintain and improve the values, the know-how and the good service of Fussimanya. They have brought together the nowadays almost impossible formula of ‘quality, quantity and price’.

Currently, Fussimanya owns two countryside tourism cottages, both of them located in Tavèrnoles: Mas Sabaters and El Quintà. Our cottages are surrounded by a superb environment: the Guilleries-Savassona Natural Area.
