Matured cheese and generally pressed pasta, intense flavor and very buttery, with a flavor typical of cow’s milk. It has smooth, oily and yellowish bark. The interior is compact, typical of cheeses pressed, and its texture is little elastic. We recommend keeping it in a cool, dry place, and cover it with a damp cloth to prevent it from drying out.
